Approval for Galatasaray’s capital increase through paid-up

Galatasaray Sportif AŞ has received approval for the paid-up capital increase. According to the decision included in the weekly Capital Markets Board (CMB); Galatasaray Sportif Sinai ve Ticari Yatırımlar AŞ's paid-up capital increase has been approved. Following the approval of the CMB, Galatasaray Sportif Sinai ve Ticari Yatırımlar AŞ's current capital will increase from 540 million liras to 1 billion 80 million liras.
