Hunter Biden's payments from oligarchs published

The chairman of the US House of Representatives Oversight and Accountability Committee, James Comer, has shared bank records showing that President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden and his business partners received millions of dollars in payments from foreign businesspeople and companies, including Russian and Kazakh oligarchs. In a post on his account on the X social media platform, formerly known as Twitter, the chairman of the US House of Representatives Oversight and Accountability Committee, James Comer, published 19 pages of documents showing the flow of money transferred to his son Hunter’s account from Russian and Kazakh oligarchs during Joe Biden’s term as Vice President, including screenshots of bank transfers. The documents shared by Comer stated, “Vice President Biden at the time met in person with these individuals or their representatives for a significant period of time. Hunter Biden participated in approximately 20 voice calls with his foreign business partners with the speakerphone on, and met with foreign oligarchs who paid large sums of money for dinner. The only product the Bidens sold was the Joe Biden brand.” In one of the screenshots, it was noted that Yelena Baturina, the widow of former Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov, transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton on February 14, 2014, and that Joe Biden met with Baturina, Hunter, and other business partners for dinner at Cafe Milano in Washington, DC in 2014. Transfers made to companies in which Hunter Biden was a partner were shared On the other hand, documents from 2014 were shared from the X account of the US House of Representatives Oversight and Accountability Committee. The documents stated that Hunter Biden accepted millions of dollars in payments from Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holding, Russian oligarch Yelena Baturina, and Kazakh oligarch Kenes Rakishev, and that then-Vice President Biden had dinner with Rakishev and a representative of Burisma Holding. The Committee’s documents, which previously shared information about payments the Biden family received from certain organizations originating from China and Romania, stated that the foreign payments in question totaled more than $20 million. The documents noted that Hunter Biden transferred money from foreign business people and companies through firms he established with other business partners, particularly Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC, Rosemont Seneca Thornton, LLC and Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC. Joe Biden dines with oligarchs who sent money to his son James Comer said in a press statement, “Other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself, no real service appears to have been provided. And Hunter Biden appears to have delivered. This is made clear by the meals at Cafe Milano, where then-Vice President Joe Biden dined with oligarchs who sent money to his son from all over the world.” Comer stressed that the Oversight Committee will continue to seek witness testimony to determine whether President Biden "knowingly allowed" his son to "brand" his name and earn money in exchange for affiliation.
