Dortluoğlu appointed as CEO at BİM

Following the decision of Mustafa Latif Topbaş, who served as the chairman of the board of directors and the executive board of BİM, to leave the company, it was decided to abolish the executive board and create a CEO position. Haluk Dortluoğlu, who served as the company's CFO for many years, was appointed to this position. There were critical changes in the senior management at BİM. According to the statement made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform, Haluk Dortluoğlu, who was in the CFO position, became the company's new CEO. The changes occurred after Mustafa Latif Topbaş, who served as the chairman of the board of directors and the executive board of the company, decided to leave his duties at the company. On August 31, 2023, the company's board of directors decided to appoint Mahmud Muhammed Topbaş to the vacant board membership, to appoint Executive Board Member and COO Galip Aykaç to the board membership, and to leave his current duties at the company. The board decided to appoint Mahmud Muhammed Topbaş as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Galip Aykaç as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. The company decided to abolish the executive board, create the position of CEO and appoint Haluk Dortluoğlu as CEO. It was decided that these changes will become effective as of September 1, 2023.
