Arçelik announced that it will issue bonds with a nominal value of 400 million. In a statement made to the KAP by the company, it was stated that "Our company will issue bonds abroad with a nominal amount of $400 million, a redemption date of September 25, 2028, a 5-year maturity, a fixed interest rate, a 6-month coupon payment, a yield of 8.5 percent, and a coupon rate of 8.5 percent. The issuance is aimed to be completed on September 25, 2023, following the receipt of the Regular Issue Certificate from the CMB."
