Anti-dumping measures on glass mirror imports

An anti-dumping measure of 27 percent CIF value will be applied to frameless glass mirrors of Chinese origin (except those with a thickness of 1.6 millimeters and below). The Communiqué on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports prepared by the Ministry of Trade was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Accordingly, the final review investigation conducted for "frameless glass mirrors" of Chinese origin has been completed. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that dumping and damage are likely to continue or reoccur if the current measure is repealed. It was decided that the anti-dumping measure in effect for the product in question will continue to be applied at a rate of 27 percent CIF value.
