Anti-dumping measures on imports of certain products from China

The "Communiqué on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports" of the Ministry of Trade was published in the Official Gazette. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that if the measure for products of Chinese origin is repealed, dumping and damage are likely to continue or re-occur. In this context, with the decision of the Board that evaluated the findings as a result of the investigation, it was decided that the anti-dumping measure in effect with the Communiqué on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Communiqué No: 2016/27) published in the Official Gazette dated 1/7/2016 and numbered 29759 will continue to be implemented within the framework of Article 42 of the Regulation, as shown in the table below.
