TMSF guarantee for deposits increased to 400 thousand TL

SDIF has determined the insured deposit and participation fund amount which was 200 thousand TL as 400 thousand TL, effective as of the beginning of calendar year 2023. The deposit and participation fund amount subject to insurance has been increased to 400 thousand TL. The deposit and participation fund amount subject to insurance has been increased from 200 thousand TL to 400 thousand TL by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF). TMSF’s board decision on the subject was published in today’s Official Gazette. Within the scope of the decision, taking into account the revaluation rate of the Tax Procedure Law, the deposit and participation fund amount subject to insurance, which is currently 200 thousand TL, has been determined as 400 thousand TL, effective as of the beginning of calendar year 2023.
