BRSA granted operating license to Tera Investment Bank

The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) granted an operating permit to Tera Yatırım Bankası AŞ. The BDDK's decision on the subject was published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, as a result of the evaluation made within the scope of Article 10 of the Banking Law No. 5411 and Article 7 of the Regulation on Banks' Permitted Transactions and Indirect Shareholding, it was decided to grant an operating permit to Tera Yatırım Bankası AŞ, whose establishment permit was granted with the Board's Decision No. 9890 dated October 27, 2021.
