According to the agreement between Migros and Tez-Koop. Labor Union, employees will receive a raise at rates varying between 56 percent and 71 percent in January and a fixed rate of 15 percent in July. In the statement made by Migros to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was announced that the collective labor agreement negotiations conducted with Tez-Koop. Labor Union and covering the period January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2025 were concluded with an agreement. According to the agreement made; gross wages of Migros employees who are Tez-Koop İş members will receive an increase of 56 percent - 71 percent in January according to their years of seniority for the first year; a fixed rate of 15 percent in July, and the annual CPI increase rate determined by TurkStat for the second and third years. Social assistance will be increased at rates varying between 66 percent and 82 percent annually.
